At Marton Junction School we believe in positive reinforcement of correct and caring behaviour. Safety and consideration for other people are paramount. At the beginning of each year every class decides on a set of expectations for their classroom, based around the values of our school – SAFETY, MANAAKITIA, INCLUSION, LEARNING AND EXCELLENCE.

We are a PB4L  |  Positive Behaviour for Learning School. Improving student learner behaviour in their home and school environments will lead to improved learner engagement and achievement. In conjunction with this we emphasise and reward positive behaviour through our Junior Neighbourhood Support system, stickers, certificates and Dojos.
